Privacy and enquiry handling

Liverpool Driveways is a website operated by Dean Keating. Enquiries are routed exclusively to the driveway contractor currently handling this website’s quotes.

Information you send

The quote forms collect the contact details and job information you choose to provide. We send them to the appointed contractor so they can respond. Dean receives an audit copy to check routing and maintain the enquiry record. Enquiries are not circulated to competing driveway companies.

Website enquiry tracking

We retain form details, submission time, source page and supplied campaign tags in a private enquiry log. We also record WhatsApp button openings with a reference, time, page, referring website and campaign tags. This click log does not record your WhatsApp message or prove that you sent one. The first-party enquiry log does not set tracking cookies or store IP addresses.

WhatsApp opens the appointed contractor’s number directly. Messages you send there are handled by that contractor and WhatsApp. Website form emails are delivered using Resend. Private records are hosted with Vercel and the operational tracking sheet is held in Google Drive with restricted access.
